Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MoneroEx swap service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

MoneroEx provides cryptocurrency swap services that allow users to exchange one supported cryptocurrency for another. The service facilitates exchanges between supported asset pairs. MoneroEx is not a bank, broker-dealer, or regulated financial institution. The service does not provide investment advice, and nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service. By using MoneroEx, you represent that you are legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction, that you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where such transactions are prohibited, and that you are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned individual or entity. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity prohibited under applicable law. You may not use the service to evade sanctions or export controls. MoneroEx reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Swap Transactions

All swap transactions are final once initiated. Verify all wallet addresses before sending funds. MoneroEx cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions once funds have been sent to a deposit address. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination address you provide. Transaction rates are subject to market conditions and may vary between the time of quotation and the time of processing.

Limitation of Liability

MoneroEx is not liable for losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, network failures or delays outside our control, exchange rate fluctuations between quote and execution, actions of third-party liquidity providers, or regulatory actions that affect the availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific swap transaction in question.

Compliance

Some transactions may require additional identity verification based on risk assessment. MoneroEx complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. Where legally required, we may request identification documents or decline to process a transaction. We may also be required to report certain transactions to regulatory authorities.
